"It was good: close to downtown, clean, nice breakfast. It's the little things that disappointed, like the jacuzzi and the ice maker being out-of-order. These things you pay for and yet they didn't indicate any of this when I booked."

"Great location, A bit too loud on the freeway side. Bed was comfortable. Room is too small for 4 adults (2 late teens). Amazing breakfast! Overall we would stay there again. "

"The front parking lot is not designed well and could be redesigned to provide more parking spaces. Besides being a little small, the parking lot gets used by next door fast food restaurants. That said, the hotel is good one and definitely one of my “go to” hotels in the area! "

"The hotel has rooms on both sides, but its parking is only on one side, the other side has parking that belongs to another hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and standard hotel rooms for a Quality Inn. The hotel is behind a shopping center, so you have to keep a sharp eye for the driveway. I would stay there again."

"Very comfortable. Service was prompt. Had a herd of elephants above us one night. I waited until nearly 12:00 a.m. to call and let front desk know. She was right on it and said to call back if it continued. It did for another 1/2 hour, but i did not call back. Other than that, perfect! Not BW fault."
