"The convenience to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops is great, the room was clean and comfortable. The Coaster Train was loud from our room but you get used to it. 2 fire pits and 2 outdoor fireplaces were out of order and we were looking forward to that amenity. The bikes could use some service, rusted. The jacuzzi needed to be cleaned. The grounds and seating areas were pretty. It can be difficult to find an open parking spot. Overall good stay."

"I think the check-in is to slow but also the checkout at 10 is a little strict considering the check-in is at 4. The amenities are great but still some places in the property require more cleaning staff. The staff is always nice and kids love the pool areas "

"Super friendly staff, went above and beyond, but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Each person was doing the work of 2 people and spread very thin. Our master bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. I literally slept maybe 4 hrs each night. Something outside was slamming into the side of the building when the wind blew and when it stopped slamming, something else would squeak. "
