"Great stay, just wish the elevator was faster. It took 5-6 minutes to get on after pushing the button and each absolutely no one was waiting to go up/down and it’s only the floors. Some of my party waited at the elevator on the 2nd floor and talked to the people down on the ground to see if anyone was on it. No one was on it, it’s just real real slow. Do take the stairs instead 😕"

"There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers."

"My daughter and I spent a wonderful long weekend . The resort has everything and it was quiet and clean. Food good great pool bar and drinks with indoor or outdoor casual eating . We rented a car and had a great time exploring together . The pool and rooms have a great view of nature and water. "
