"Checking in experience was bad. Staff told me I couldn’t check in telling me to come back at 2pm and when I ask another time stating I booked through Expedia they then ask for my name. And was able to check in. Key card kept giving me issue. For the days I was there. I was able to access the lift to my floor and when unlocking the door I could not. "Nice staff, however the towels were dirty. Not many amenities in the bathroom. The cutleries for breakfast were dirty, the plates and coffee mugs had previous stains clearly not washed properly."

"Business trip through Java, stayed in one of the apartments. Very comfortable and, as usual, the staff, service and breakfast are excellent. Easy access to the tol and city Grab meals or room service are easy options."
