"We traveled as a family with adult children, so we stayed in the apartment (2 bedrooms and a pull-out bed). this worked out really well for us. The location is absolutely central to everything. The rooftop was fantastic for breakfast and the hotel was busy with activity. The elevator situation was a bit of a problem - only 2 slow moving elevators so we took the stairs a lot. Also, the lobby is crammed. We had a great stay there, though, and will have fantastic memories for along time! "

"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend! "
