"So pleased we booked this hotel, despite reading the reviews about the building work outside which is nearly finishing From the receptionist to the staff in the breakfast room all were so warm and welcoming . Probably the best continental style breakfast in an hotel we’ve had Our group had rooms on the second, third and fifth rooms. "I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. The only issue was that the room was too hot, even with the AC turned on. The temperature didn't go below 18°C, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I’m sensitive to smells, and somewhat of a germaphobe, however I cannot get over how accommodating the staff was, and honestly made my trip more enjoyable. Lea from the restaurant was so entertaining, and great with recommendations, and the front desk was very helpful when I needed anything (outlet converter, iron, etc).the room and bathrooms were large, restaurant and bar were swanky. Traveling alone from the US, I definitely felt safe, close to all the great spots, and just great and high end...
