"Very nice resort, clean and great service. A little outside downtown area but easily walkable or call an tuk tuk. It’s about 0.5 mile walk from walking street in Phuket. Not on the beach, but ocean views and nice beach cove at end of property driveway or 10 minute walk to public beach. "

"This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! "Property is beach side and conveniently located to the entertainment nearby. However it is loud and near a lot of late night entertainment. Staff needs improvement - checkin took a long time. She wandered off after telling me she would check on the status of the room and started helping other people. Restaurant staff needs work - inattentive and forgot parts of our orders consistently. "
