Room - Large, clean with all the necessary amenities, However the shower is poor, old, and not welcoming. The mattress is very hard, for some people it may be suitable but for others not. Bottom line - If you're looking for a reasonable price resort near Patong Beach - go for it. "

"A great hotel in a great location. Located directly opposite Patong Beach and surrounded by loads of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly. There is no lift so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues but if you're looking for something reasonably priced, clean, tidy and centrally located, then I would recommend Tiras Patong Beach."

"Property is beach side and conveniently located to the entertainment nearby. However it is loud and near a lot of late night entertainment. Staff needs improvement - checkin took a long time. She wandered off after telling me she would check on the status of the room and started helping other people. Restaurant staff needs work - inattentive and forgot parts of our orders consistently. "
