Easy check in process. we could also leave the luggage in the luggage room for free of charge after we checkout. just 7-8 mins walk from Bahnhof, so good connectivity and lots of eateries at the Bahnhof. Only drawback was the guest kitchen was not clean and very few utensils. "

"I was on the 6th floor facing west and the view was magical and I really don't use that word. Spectacular sunsets, lovely gardens, property very clean/comfortable. "My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food.
