Most Romantic Hotels in New York

"I liked everything about this gem of a hotel in Midtown East. The room was huge with 2 double beds, perfect for a friends’ trip. The bathroom looked newly remodeled, was immaculate, and had plenty of counter space. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. There was a subway stop one block away. The immediate area was full of dining options. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. "

"Nice large room, TERRIBLE LIGHTING!! It was either too bright or way to dim. Good luck putting make up in the bathroom!! Construction was going on directly across the street from my room- Started EARLY! For the price I paid I would have expected to at least be informed that it was happening. That said, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The fact that you can hear the Jazz music in virtually every room wasn't as loud as I thought and it ended around 11. But the screamers outside the bar...

"I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom tub did not drain so I was showering in a tub full of cold water and it was very slippery. The maid had to have seen the standing water always in the tub :("
