"Absolutely incredible hotel, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Sandra in particular, was amazing when we checked in. Please give her a raise! The facilities, cleanliness and room size were above and beyond. We really appreciated having some kitchen facilities to mitigate costs by preparing some of our own meals at the hotel. "This is very nice hotel, conveniently located a couple of blocks from George St and the so-called New Town. Rooms are in top condition, clean, my room had a jacuzzi. Very nice taste in decoration. Only two observations: the volume of water in the shower was really low and variable, as well as the temp (in a moment you passed from a trickle of cool water to a normal flow of very hot water. Also, the bed could have been softer. "
