"We stayed for 2 nights. Myself, my husband, our 20 yr old daughter and my parents. Rooms were very clean, but small. The website did make that clear due to the age of the hotel. The beds were very small if you’re booking for a 3 person room, they are small twin beds. Electrical outlets were a bit of an issue. They were 2 prong outlets by the beds, of which we didn’t have converters for and the 3 prong UK converter which we had but we’re not in close proximity to beds for charging phones or...

"The reason I didn't rate it as a 5 was that we were told there was a lift there. When we got there we had to climb 2 flights of stairs before the lift started. At 70 years old, we purposely picked a place with a lift. This was very deceiving and caused a lot of trouble."

"Perfect location. Modern clean apartment. Freezing on arrival and took a long time to heat up. Heating should have been switched on prior to arrival so apartment was warm at check in. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely lounge and dining areas with good food and breakfast. Desk staff were extremely helpful - especially Lewis! ….. it is a tricky place to enter on arrival with luggage as there’s no pull in place and, although there are self opening doors, There are many steps up to the foyer desk with no intercom to alert your need for assistance! However the staff were gracious and immediate with their assistance once asked. We recommend this very well located charming hotel. "
