"Great location mean only one block from times square. Easy to access Transit and restaurants. Staff was incredible and our room was cleaned and freshened up everyday. The walls were not very insulated and our neighbors were very noisy and we could hear everything going on outside. That was the only downfall. For the price and location it was well worth it."

"Sleeps four, two FULL baths with showers. Our room overlooked 56th street, was noisy even on the 14th floor but the other pluses made up for the noise. Would stay here again."

"Front desk people not helpful. Had us wait for our room which she said was not clean at 2 pm after telling bus it would be ready aroun 1pm. when I pushed her, got similar room on another floor. Change in ownership. When we last stayed there, had wine sampling nightly. People say around drinking wine and talking with other people staying at the hotel. "

"Excellent one-week stay. Quiet, dark at night, bright interior lights, excellent location and attentive staff. I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles. "The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "
