"Front desk people not helpful. Had us wait for our room which she said was not clean at 2 pm after telling bus it would be ready aroun 1pm. when I pushed her, got similar room on another floor. Change in ownership. When we last stayed there, had wine sampling nightly. People say around drinking wine and talking with other people staying at the hotel. "

"Expensive but worth it. Two adults & 2 younger kids. We got a one bedroom suite that was HUGE. Most of the reasonably priced rooms in the city are the size of shoe boxes. NOTE: though they list that the room sleeps 4 , it doesn’t without rollaways. But the rooms are so big that the rollaways fit no problem. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet-never heard neighbors above, below, or to the sides. Usual NYC noise on the street at all hours but not bad with a white noise machine. Ask for a higher...
