"Excellent place to stay in Times Square. Only one thing to improve will be elevators. It can take more than 10 minutes wait. Otherwise 5 stars and definitely recommended. "

"Clean & quiet"

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Great location mean only one block from times square. Easy to access Transit and restaurants. Staff was incredible and our room was cleaned and freshened up everyday. The walls were not very insulated and our neighbors were very noisy and we could hear everything going on outside. That was the only downfall. For the price and location it was well worth it."

"Though we arrived earlier than expected, we were offered a room immediately at no extra charge, and it was explained that we may wish to wait for one on a higher floor, but we were grateful for the convenience. Latterly, Eric the Concierge arranged transport to the airport for us. Very obliging gent. Desk staff very helpful. NB: Room 710 has a window that doesn't seem to close easily."

"Great location, lovely art deco hotel with spacious rooms......but needs painting and new carpet in the hallways. Why they don't keep on top of properties is beyond me!!"

"Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "

"Very close to Marquis Theatre and Time square vicinity."

"Rooms are small, but clean. Staff very attentive and responsive. Rudy checked us in and was wonderful. Some construction in the area and work also being done inside the hotel is unattractive. Elevators are teeny, but there are several and they work well. Good location near the heart of Times Square, which, of course, makes for noisy nights."
