"Lovely hotel. Great location in Hells Kitchen, walking distance to loads of bars, restaurants, shops and Central Park. Several good subway connections within a short walk . Walls are a little thin and some traffic noise, so take ear plugs. Recommend a room away from the elevator. Bed is very comfy. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay here again"

I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles. "The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Great hotel at a great neighborhood. The new restaurant downstairs is very good. You get 2 snacks/Drinks per night, my only problem is they were always out of Reeses and Pringles. Haha Great staff would recommend."
