"Nice large room and a rooftop bar. What's not to like."

"This was a very nice hotel with very nice staff. We had an extremely early arrival (red eye flight) and got to the hotel around 9am. Despite being fully booked, they were able to give us a room by 10am. In the meantime we had full access to the spa area to freshen up (showers, sauna, steam room, pool, gym). We had a park view room. The view was just as shown in photos and the room itself was bigger than expected, especially the kitchens area. It seems like maybe these used to be actual...

"The staff was exemplary! We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and at every turn, we were provided with unexpected tokens and/or service. The accommodations were outstanding and we enjoyed the attention to details throughout the suite. Truly one of our best experiences at a hotel. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. It was conveniently located near so many sites and restaurants. The room was super clean and the bathrooms were very spacious. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel that was provided. Housekeeping was super nice and attentive. Surprisingly for being by Times Square the noise level was low. I didn’t hear much of anything. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. "

"Great location with friendly staff. The standard room we had was relatively small and the enclosed area at the back made it quite dark. If you’re spending any time in room the opt for a better room grade if you can. Beds were comfy and everything very clean. Lifts were challenging as it was very difficult to get the key cards to work. Air con was loud. Though outside noise relatively quiet. Ensure you consider the additional “facility fee” when comparing prices as $30 a night can be a shock when...
