"Overall good hotel in a great location. Close to transportation and the rooms were very clean. Lobby was small and got congested when multiple people were trying to check in at the same time. Great food options nearby."

"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"
