"A simply fabulous hotel. We were greeted warmly on our arrival and throughout our stay, all staff were smartly presented, courteous and kind. The decor is high quality and beautifully kept. Our room was extremely well presented with impeccable daily service. We enjoyed a room service breakfast on our balcony that was just fantastic . We even tried their relaxing massage service at their Spa. Massage and facial were wonderful. The hotel has a lovely calming atmosphere where nothing is too much...

"What an amazing place to stay!! I was looking for a hotel near the waterfront before we went on a cruise. The staff was so welcoming, the hotel had such a lovely old world charm to it. We try to avoid stayiing in chains when we travel, this was a gem! We were able to walk to different areas of the city, felt like we were staying in a local neighborhood, not in a tourist area. We had many choices for restaurants in the area, had a great meal looking out at the river at Le Chat, fabulous...

"We are very happy with our stay here. We travelled as a family with a teenager and a pre teen and we loved everything about this hotel . It was our sons birthday and the hotel surprised us with a cake(we have not informed the hotel about our sons birthday)when we returned to the hotel from all the sight seeing which shows they really care about their customers. Absolutely recommend this hotel! "
