"Lisboa Pessoa Hotel is a wonderful hotel, in the heart of the city, in the Baixo-Chiado district with walkable access to all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. The hotel has a roof top restaurant and bar with wonderful views of the city and castle. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and you get two complimentary well come drinks at the bar. All staff at the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful, both at the reception counter and in the restaurant. There were TWO staff members...

"The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."

"Our stay at Chiado Dream Apartments was fantastic! It is centrally located and was easy to get to after an overnight flight. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived but they kept our bags for us so we could start exploring the city. By the time we finally arrived in our room, our bags were waiting for us. The coffee/coffee maker in our room was an appreciated touch."

"Nice stay, booked and paid for two only ended up staying one night . Asked if I could have breakfast taken off for 3 ppl for the following day since we weren't going to be there, but unfortunately they couldnt accomodate such request which was disappointing. Bedroom was clean, the bathroom had an odd smell, like an old mop was used on the floor. No safe information to be able to use, called reception 3 times to ask for someone to attend. Service was great, there were helpful if not a little...
