There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "

"The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service."
