"The breakfast was superb, the corridors were a little outdated, the room was very hot and the windows were so misted up (older double glazed units with the condensation on the inside) that we could hardly see out. There was a very loud rumbling noise at about 6am, from a boiler perhaps. The staff were welcoming, especially those in the breakfast area. The Abba tribute act were very good."

The grounds were beautiful to hold, and the food was very good. The room was good but the beds was a little uncomfortable and the pillows flat. "Lovely hotel and grounds. Very comfortable room and amenities in the room. The spa was perfect for an early morning wind down. The Firepit and Korean Cowgirl restaurants served great food. Especially The Firepit. My only gripe was with the cocktails on the decking in the evening. London prices are fine if a mixologist is making them. The only decent one was the Lychee Mojito. It’s a minor thing "
