"It's a convenient location, just less than 5 mins walk to Hollywood Walk of Fame and nearest metro is 7minutes away. Also located near Ovation Shopping Mall. Surroundings are quiet and room is spacious. The shower can get a little wonky when it comes to adjusting the temperature. Breakfast is great and staff are friendly. One great thing is filtered water, hot water and coffee are provided throughout the day (available at the breakfast area), something you don't see often in US."

"My only complaint about this hotel is the room we checked into was very ran down. Floors were scratched up walls were dirty and the sink was stopped up. They knew the sink was stopped up because a plumber showed up while we were there he was unable to fix the sink so we were moved to the exact same make and model room and it was an excellent condition. So why did you give us the ran down room from the start. Other than that customer service amenities the staff the people the comfort was the best...

The bar in the courtyard was unfortunately closed while we were here so wouldn’t mind coming back when it’s open. Place was very clean. Very secure. Secure parking. "
