"My friend and I first time in Los Angeles. We found the hotel through Expedia. I’m so glad to choose this place. Michael so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also nice when I asked for water and toilet paper. They have cafe at the corner and really convenient. We have been using an Uber, Lyft to go around town, a bit pricey but if you like the locals buses you could save money for other things. Overall Hollywood Historic Hotel has been a great place for us. "

"The room was shabby, broken furniture, rickety tiles, choppy internet, grouchy workers. With that, the room seemed clean, the bedding was clean and so were the towels. Everything else was really banged up. The pool was not useable, dirty and really, really small. "

"Stayed for 5 days I didn’t need much but when I asked for help with ac unit it’s was received right away extra towels was given and they were kind to my friends service dog .. overall it’s was nice clean safe rooms were nice lobby was clean parking was secured I would stay again .. close to everything I needed "
