"friendly staffs. We booked a few rooms together for a trip. One of the group arrived around 9pm and their room was given away. We paid ahead with all rooms booked well ahead. They found a solution was to put my friends in next hotel across the street with upgrade. How did this happen? our groups were split in 2 different places. I am pretty upset."

"Booked to be as close to the train station as possible and it is actually the nearest, just across the road from the station and nearest to the cruise terminal as well (app 25 minute walk or a taxi app £10) - I was meeting my daughter for her birthday, she works on the ships, so it was an ideal spot. Walking distance to the centre of Southampton too. Staff were really nice, loved having the pool, sauna and gym included. All in all great value."

"We love this hotel - it’s always so welcoming, clean and a great price. Unfortunately, this time we had a different ground floor room and the bed was not as comfortable as the ones in the other room we’ve slept and the TV was tiny. As usual Anita was amazing, professional and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome … thank you Anita 😁"
