"The overall interior and fixtures could use a little upgrade, but they work well all the same. You receive an actual key, not a keycard, so be mindful of that. Staff was friendly in person, but I would have to suggest not sending any messages through the site, as mine went unanswered. Just call and speak to someone directly is beat. Really appreciated the 24 hour front desk service! Would book a room here again for sure."

"Small but pleasant rooms with a big tv, and big bathroom/shower. Staff is super friendly and will give you an adapter for the electric outlets if you ask. Was a lot nicer staying here than a typical cheap budget hotel."

"Although our room was smaller than we thought it would be , the staff made up for this 10 fold !! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We felt like extra special guests as we were treated so well during our stay.The location was perfect, access to the subway and buses we easy, the maps, they provided us, made getting around so easy. "The hotel was conveniently located and had plenty of good restaurants/shopping in walking distance. It is on top of a hill so it may be hard for those with large luggage. I did like how they hold your luggage up to 24 hours after I checked out. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but aside from that everything was good considering the price. "

"Staff were friendly, but the beds were uncomfortable (you can feel every spring) and the walls were paper thin. We were kept up until 4am every night by a group in the room opposite us, who were screaming in Korean all night. The location is nice, and easily assessible by public transportation. I wouldn't stay again because of the noise and beds, but if they did something about that, it would be a nice spot for a night or two."
