"The overall interior and fixtures could use a little upgrade, but they work well all the same. You receive an actual key, not a keycard, so be mindful of that. Staff was friendly in person, but I would have to suggest not sending any messages through the site, as mine went unanswered. Just call and speak to someone directly is beat. "Space is great! It was really hard to find. When searching on maps (both Android & Apple) it leads to the actual FourSeason Luxury hotel which was very inconvenient. Our taxi even lead us there, which was a waste of energy and time. Overall, we needed a room to sleep as we were very tired, and we liked the space and the bed was comfortable. Great staff."

"Checking in was a breeze. I was given a personalised paper with my name, that has all the necessary info. It’s great to stay just beside my favourite iconic & beautiful building, Dongdaemun Design Plaza and the attached subway station makes it extra convenient to walk within minutes to! "We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Jeju, as we needed to be near the airport after returning of rental car. They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning).
