Housekeeping does great job in cleaning n changing towels daily. Would be great if there was a closet to hang clothes. Bus stop for Airport limousine is conveniently located across d hotel, only 2 minutes walk. Thanks Insuk n team for your hospitality "

It is located just 5 minutes walking outside the main Myeong-dong shopping district which is convenient for two reasons: it is close to everything, and less busy so it doesn’t take forever for a taxi to pick you up (the streets in Myeong-dong are packed any hour of the day)."

"The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip. Very short walks to nearly everything we wanted to see, the palaces, shopping and food. The staff were very accommodating and spoke english well. The room was comfortable and quite large. It easily slept our family of 4 with the kids on a more traditional bed on the floor. I would definitely stay here again when i vist Seoul."

"Although our room was smaller than we thought it would be , the staff made up for this 10 fold !! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We felt like extra special guests as we were treated so well during our stay.The location was perfect, access to the subway and buses we easy, the maps, they provided us, made getting around so easy.
