"Your staff is phenomenal and with aloha. Even though there was a leak in our ceiling o to our bed, you staff at the front desk changed our room and Maintenance responded quickly. We were advised that the owner will eventually remodel. We were given vouchers at check-in which was an awesome snack pack. Mahalo’s "
