"Great hotel, conveniently located within a few minutes walk from two tube stations giving easy access to the city centre. Only let-do was the poor quality cooked breakfast (e.g. tinned tomatos and tasteless mushrooms as well as no choice of cooked eggs.....it's scrambled egg or nothing!) Otherwise would have given 5 stars."

"Perfectly located opposite a Zone 3 tube station with a mini supermarket and coffee shop a few feet away. Standard Room on first floor a decent size with a good size bathroom. Very comfortable. Room well equipped with enough storage space for bags, clothes and shoes. Plug & USB sockets next to both sides of the bed which was very comfortable with extra pillows and cushions. Good walk-in shower with good water pressure and heat. Friendly reception staff willing to help in any way. Great location...

"About what I expected from a hotel of this profile - larger accommodation than I expected from the photographs. Didn't really do much other than sleep there before an early start (too early for breakfast) to get to Brooklands for the Brighton Classic Car Event. Very happy and will return. "

"The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are a little old and need of a little paint and fixing. The rooms don’t have a/c but not a big deal since the weather never got above 68F. The location is close to train and some restaurants but if looking to go to central London it can get expensive from this location. I enjoyed the peace and quiet after a long day and very safe for families."

"Really happy with location of hotel. Public areas were stylish and room was comfortable, fresh with good storage. Shower was good. There wasn’t a socket near the kettle tray so we had to put this on the luggage rack. Also the cold water tended to run warm. But these were very minor points. Staff helpful and we were able to store our luggage pre and post check in. Would definitely stay here again. "
