"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina...

"Lovely, friendly staff. The hotel is in excellent condition and our room looked to be brand new and untouched. Bed was comfortable, good hot shower and plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was very busy and with limited space around the food area so it got a bit rushed/stressful at times. This could be easily solved by simply changing the setup of the food counter locations. Food was simple, but they did have a gluten free alternative once we asked for it. "

"This was a great place to stay in Madrid. Very central to all areas. The breakfast was really nice as well. We ended up briefly mentioning this was our honeymoon when we checked in.
