"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. "The hotel itself was very nice. The room was smaller than I anticipated, however it had a great view and very clean. The sports bar within the hotel was nice and always busy but fun. Walking distance from Quincy market and other attractions. Parking was a bit steep but average for the hotels in the area. Would def stay here again. "

"Excellent service. Staff is quite professional. Rooms are great. Scale of hotel is much larger than the Hilton across the street (where I have stayed comfortably many times). Bigger rooms. Bigger public spaces. It’s connected to Prudential Center as well so there is lots of shopping and many restaurants. Flour, across the street, is great for breakfast and lunch. Bukowski Tavern, across Dalton, is a friendly spot for a beer. Very convenient"
