"First, the staff were very, very nice. Front desk, people along with Juan all were very very kind. The location was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were fine . However, I would skip on paying for the breakfast because if there’s large bus groups, you will never get to the buffet. There’s 5 to 6 people lined up for each section and we’re lucky to get an egg, etc…. so we usually ended up eating outside of the hotel because we had to fight to get access to main items …Hotel must...

"Absolutely amazing hotel stay for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a 4 poster bed. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. Plenty of lovely toiletries and a very comfortable bed. We slept well! Importantly, the room also had fantastic air con and when it’s 34C outside it was a welcome sanctuary. Underneath the hotel are beautiful thermal spa baths with a steam room. This was included in our stay and we were served the most delicious tea and biscuits...

"I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and very cozy. I liked it a lot in that sense. However, there was a pit smell in the reception area which was not comfortable. Additionally, you can hear other guests through the walls. Overall it was a good experience because the hotel looks really nice. However, I would explore other options next time. "

Great Location, clean and comfortable !
"Stayed here 2 nights in Oct 2023. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to all top activities. Staff was very friendly and useful. Breakfast was great ! I recommend this hotel for tourists in Toledo. No on-site parking.... but large public parking nearby."
