"Stayed here before and because of that we decided to repeat the stay. Unfortunately, now unsure to come back there more. 1. Room Ordered for king size bed but was given 2single bed combine to 1. After complaint, wait 30 min to get room changes. 2. By 3pm next day cleaning was not done and have to call and request 3. Housekeeping staff was very smelly and left the odour at the room and walk away area (Hygeine should be 1st thing to be details ) 4. The bedsheet and pillow have a some kind smell similar to housekeeping staff 5 Star hotel should have the expectation of 5 star services. "

"The premises of the hotel is not properly lit and the environment is not as clean. The room has a bad, sweaty smell, and the cleaning agent retains strong and unpleasant odors. Bed sheets and pillows have a bad sweaty smell too. In the morning, the air conditioning was emitting a bad cooking oil smell and disturb my morning sleep badly."

"The place is comfy and clean. However the internet was unstable during our stay while mobile signal is weak in the room. This is a place where I would definitely come back."

"This is my 4th time staying in Traders. The room is nice and always manage to get KLCC view from the room. The food during breakfast and in room dining were great too. The only issue was during check in at level 1. That moment it was quite long queue, but manageable. Thanks for the great services. "
