"Clean and comfortable room. Every staff is friendly and will greet you everywhere. Easy and fast when check in and out. Variety choices of food provided for the buffet at Paya Serai restaurant. A lot of parking slot though during weekend. The set back was the loud noisy sound of vehicles on the road outside of the hotel. Can't sleep well the whole night due to the noise disturbances although the bed and pillow are comfortable. There are only KFC and 1 nasi kandar restaurant and 1 convenient shop...

"I have not patron the hotel for sometime due to past service and condition and thought things may have changed so decided to give it a try. It is still disappointing from the moment checking in until departure 1. When checking in, I have to wait for almost 20 to 25mins before my turn while I am the only only in the queue and the responsiveness is rather slow 2.
