The hotel restaurant was struggling with resupplying the breakfast buffet at busy times in the morning, which requires improvement. The adjacent mall used to contain dining options for the evening, which is no longer the case. Most of the dinner options close to the hotel require cash payment, and according advice by the hotel would be helpful."

"It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional.
