"I am so impressed by this hotel! The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) The staff is cordial and smiley. The room and bathroom is immaculate and the shower EXCELLENT!! Great water pressure and easy to turn on and off to save water. There is only sink soap missing. "We were picked up by Brandon in the Basaga Shuttle Bus. Brandon immediately was very friendly. We did our thing around Kuching but then decided to book a tour with Brandon, best thing we did. "I love the space of the room, the secured parking (we parked in front of the entrance camera). Got lift. The room even got a balcony eventhough it's partly filled with aircond. The towels are old and seems overused."
