"The hotel is a comfortable as any other holiday inn would be , however it wasn't value for money for two reasons. 1. A few staff were not at all polite.. restaurant staff, while there were some good front end staff who tried their best within their limited expertise. 2. It was an extremely bad hot and humid environment. There was no point in going out"

Especially good TV reception n bath necessities. Furniture decor definitely need a makeover asap. They are too old. Overall acceptable for a short stay. Plus point it's very near KSL. "
