"This is my 4th time staying in Traders. The room is nice and always manage to get KLCC view from the room. The food during breakfast and in room dining were great too. The only issue was during check in at level 1. That moment it was quite long queue, but manageable. Thanks for the great services. "

"Despite I had told the receptionist that I booked club room and ask for the location of premier check-in, but the guy still directed me to queue and wait for normal check-in counter, rather than lead me to club lounge for check-in. "Check in time at 3pm, but we only get the room at 5pm. No complimentary drink serve while waiting at the lobby for 2hrs. Reception counter is short of man power, would suggest to upgrade the service skill for all the front desk staff. Room and hotel environment is good. Breakfast is acceptable. "
