"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"One of the worst place to stay in all my travels. Wifi is just for show. Scan the password at the back of the key and nothing!!! The room was ok for the price but the bathroom was flooding like hell. We have to have our bath in a flooding bathroom and for the water to disappear, you need wait for 10 to 15 minutes.
