"It was a return visit to this hotel. They have changed the restaurant, finished much of the building and continue to staff very nice people. We did have issues with our refrigerator and television not functioning properly and they were up there within 20 minutes with someone to address both. The TV wasn't resolved and they offered to have us switch to another room, but we were leaving in another day, so it didn't seem to be worth the bother."

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. "The hotel location was convenient, just by the main road. If you are travelling without a car, it’s convenient to book Grab from this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious for 4 pax. Beds were comfortable, hot shower, good water pressure. There’s window but unfortunately you are not allowed to open it. There’s only aircond available in the room, no fan. The room was for 4 pax, they only gave 2 pairs of room slippers, but they gave 2 more upon request. Housekeeping have to be improved, toilet...
