"This hotel is terrific!! Right across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum and down the street from Harrod's, the location is outstanding. The room was beautiful and quiet and relaxing. The staff were super helpful. There were good dining options especially the high tea in the afternoon and the breakfast was a great start to each morning. The best thing was the people, everyone was very friendly and super helpful. "

"I loved this hotel. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, theatre and the metro. The blackout curtains kept the room dark, important when the sun rises at 5:00am. We opted for cleaning every other day which would have been fine except that it wasn’t cleaned for the first five days! They ended up comping our breakfast and cleaning the room every day the last three days. The beds were comfortable, towels large and water pressure was good. "My daughter and I stayed here as it was close to Chelsea flower show and Victoria Station. We stayed in the themed twin room even though my daughter is now thirty. Very comfortable bed and overall very clean. Lovely choice for breakfast all nicely presented. Would stay again."
