"The hotel was nice but smaller than expected. There’s no big enough storage/wardrobe to have most of your stuff out of your luggage so just be mindful if you have a couple luggages. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. "The hotel was amazing - and the staff went above and beyond for our stay. We got in early and showed up before our check in time and helped work through this as super professionals. "the hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes and almost everything else you can imagine. the bed is comfortable my room was a bit small compared to the size of the bed. there wasn't much room to sit at the desk. other than that the location is excellent near many bus and the high Street Kensington underground just a few minutes walk away. this is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm gladly return if I need to stay in the Kensington area. "The hotel was nice, but lacked attention to detail. Dirty behind the desks and in less visible areas. There were very limited usb charging options and no outlets near the bed. The shower was odd and difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Overall an ok stay, but won't be back."

"Modern hotel built to an amazing standard. Room was very clean. Staff on welcome attentive and helpful. Quiet sleep and very comfy bed. Marked down slightly for the breakfast. Having paid £50 extra for my wife and I, we were disappointed to be told our options. We both wanted a full English, which equated to some egg and sourdough plus one other from a list, eg sausage or bacon etc … just the one mind you, everything else was £3 extra. One coffee or tea with no top up offered and no fruit...
