"Nicely located but not too many eateries in the area. Never received fresh hand towels while there despite bath towels being replaced. No sheets just a soft blanket which is not to everyone’s taste. Staff really nice throughout the hotel. "

"The hotel is an older but nice hotel in an area that has really declined. When I checked in I received a very warm and kind greeting and from there on the staff were wonderful. The hotel has a dated but upscale vibe, but it is located in a sketchy area so going out in the immediate area was not an option. If the area was better I would go back just because the staff were so kind and welcoming. "

"We loved our room. It was on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking a natural garden of trees including a beautiful dogwood in bloom. Such a treat for us. There was a lovely bottle of wine with two glasses greeting our arrival. After several hours on the road we toasted a charming arrival at the woodsy hotel and enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a lovely stay. We had an issue with our sheets being stained and the customer service took care of it and comped our parking which was excellent customer service. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the lounge above the restaurant. We also loved the secure parking and felt safe coming and going! "

"Oh, the wonderful STAFF—every one—was so helpful and friendly! Absolutely lovely folks! The hotel was just fun fun and yet classy!
