"What a stunning place, we loved it! It's an old and famous house, very well maintained and so beautiful. We also had dinner at indigo one evening, which was amazing and even the wine from China was surprisingly good! Comfy bed, nice pool area, good breakfast. Decent location, mediocre service
"Airconditioning turns on and off every 10 minutes. Room phone not working so you have to go to the lobby to complain. Complained with the receptionist, says the maintenance crew will attend to my room, does not come at all. Took a 3 bed room, came with only 2 sets of pillows. Complained about this, same case, housekeeping did not come either. Thankfully only stayed one night. Staff not equipped to handle high occupancy rate. Only saving grace for the hotel is it's location and convenience. Everything else is below average. "
