"Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. "We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar.
