"This hotel is terrific!! Right across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum and down the street from Harrod's, the location is outstanding. The room was beautiful and quiet and relaxing. The staff were super helpful. There were good dining options especially the high tea in the afternoon and the breakfast was a great start to each morning. The best thing was the people, everyone was very friendly and super helpful. "

"I loved this hotel. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, theatre and the metro. The blackout curtains kept the room dark, important when the sun rises at 5:00am. We opted for cleaning every other day which would have been fine except that it wasn’t cleaned for the first five days!
