"Only things that weren't great were the parking (you have to park in a public parking ramp across the street and schlep all your luggage from the ramp, across the street and up a flight of stairs to check in - none of which is posted anywhere so we kept driving around the hotel looking for a formal entrance or place to unload baggage) and our shower - the shower was great but the drain wasn't doing its job, so we were standing in ankle deep soapy water when done. "Never disappointing when I visit the lodge. It’s always clean and pet friendly. Views are amazing. My family’s favorite things there is the pool and spa. They don’t do food room service which is disappointing. The restaurant options weren’t that good either. Had to leave to get some decent food. Overall, it was a good stay. "
