"Aside from the strict check in set up at the time of our reservation- all was good. Thanks goodness that I called to confirm why I hadn't received my entry info the day before check in though. Supposedly my ID wasn't clear enough for a computer to read, so it wouldn't release our access info until a human corrected the issue. "It was a great apartment- perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. They didn’t receive one of our messages about parking and we got a parking ticket- my understanding was that this was an error in receiving info from Expedia. But otherwise, it was very nice. Plenty of room and good location- would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Les Lofts. Modern and clean with brick features. Wish I had known there was a washer/dryer unit in the hall at no charge. Would have brought detergent tabs. Bathroom amenities were great . You should know there are a few uphill climbs to get up to Old Quebec. The lofts are at the port. Museum of Cilvisation was around the corner and had an amazing First Nations exhibit and great snack/lunch option on site. The Lofts will not disappoint."
