"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."

"Loved the sea-view room, and the bed and chairs were very comfortable. What the Expedia listing does not say and their own website does is that there is live music every weekend, which can be loud enough even on the 2nd floor of rooms that sleeping might be difficult. Also, the parking area has only six spots for the 12 rooms at the hotel, so it’s not guaranteed that you would be able to park in their car park (5 pounds/day charge). "

"I really liked this place for the most part. The location was good for everything touristy, it was equipped with everything you need to cook, the bathroom was clean with nice water pressure, dishwasher worked well, nice view, the staff were friendly enough without being over the top. "I was unexpectedly stranded in Edinburgh, and selected this hotel for the night before my next flight. It was a wonderful place to stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, I enjoyed the design, having a terrace and lounge was delightful, and it was close to many of the things I wanted to do and see in my one day there. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep very quickly. I would definitely go back the next time I am in the city!"
